PLEASE NOTE:
Once you have placed your order and entered your desired text to be printed on the front of the book, please email your logos to artwork@chromegraphics.co.uk, please include your order number in the email so that we can locate your order. 
If you would like to make any amendments to the layout of the order forms contained with-in the book, please include this in the email.
